This only affects eNom resellers.Over the past few days there have been issues with account refills via PayPal.
We have been in contact with eNom and they are working with Paypal to resolve the issues.
In the meantime please use a credit card to topup your account.
If we get anymore updates on the situation we will try to keep you informed
Update: this issue seems to have been resolved and payments are now working again
