I have 2 websites running on a VPS which is apparantly on that node. I received no warning whatsoever that the node would be going down and that I would need to restart my VPS manually.

Consequently this morning I found myself having to explain to customers why their websites were down.. again.. because this happened a couple of weeks ago as well.

What kind of a business are you running?

You've made a laughing stock of me in front of one of my best customers and I am furious.

There is no excuse for not communicating with me that my VPS would be going down and absolutely no excuse for not checking each and every VPS node after the reboot to ensure they were all up again.

I'm too angry right now to make a business decision but I can't see myself stay or recommending you again after this.

Shame
