Shared Hosting Migration

At present some of our shared hosting servers are located in multiple locations. In an effort to centralise our shared hosting servers, we are scheduling some maintenance in order to physically move the machines.

The process is very simple and requires a simple plug out and plug in to the new location. The main time consuming factor is the logistics of physically moving the machines.

When is this going to happen ?
We have set a maintenance window of Sunday the 24rd of January 2010 between the hours of 03:00 and 07:00 in the morning. The actual downtime is expected to be less but we would like to keep to this time line to ensure we can deal with any issues that may arise.
