We are currently experiencing abnormally high load on the mailservers that handle email through our cp.blacknight.com hosting platform. That is if your email is through any of the following servers:mail.blacknight.com
smtp1r.cp.blacknight.com
imap5r.cp.blacknight.com
pop33r.cp.blacknight.com
Email is getting delivered to the servers without issue, however the high load is preventing users from being able to log in to access your email accounts.
Our engineers are working on this at the moment and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
Update: 10:50 This appears to be ldap related so we've re-indexed the ldap database and we believe this is resolved. It will take upto 30 minutes for it to settle as there are a lot of logins / second at the moment.
