Do you have any idea how long this server is going to be down for ? Our business which runs 24/7 is once again off line due to problems with Blacknight server crashes etc. - The service level is anything but great !

RSVP ASAP with the likely reboot of this server please

Our technical team updated the post once the service was returned to normal operation.
