We have just experienced an issue with our frontend server that handles our billing. This server is the public facing and would display all of your billing information etc via the control panel.Although the server is now back online, the issue was not apparent to the on call engineer last night. This is due to the port online being monitored and not tested. We were basically pinging the HTTP port and some others to see if they were alive and not checking for a response. Needless to say we will be changing this shortly.
