Summary: pemwinweb26 is current down, we're working on getting it back. It appears to have been down for a number of hours at this stage. From a management point of view I'm investigating why this went on for so long without a status post.

I'll post further updates when we have them.

Sites hosted on 81.17.250.63, 81.17.250.171, 81.17.250.175 and 81.17.250.199

Update 09:30: This web server is now 100% back to health. The issue was caused during a routine patch update of the server. When our management software tried to restart the machine after the patch installation it was unable to due to a memory shortage on the node. We've rectified the situation now and it's stable again.
