The billing section of our control panel and our online store are currently offline.We have taken both facilities offline as there are some database issues and inconsistencies that need to be repaired. Since new orders and renewals etc., use the database we have disabled everything while working on the issue
If you need to change nameservers on a domain name please contact our support desk.
UPDATE 0921 - we brought the system back online around midnight last night
I'm trying the get into my blacknight mail and I'm getting the message

Is there a problem at the mo? What's going on? This is the third time in past ten days I've been locked out of my mail unexpectedly!!
Any idea when the billing section in the control panel will be back up?
AnneMarie - there haven't been any issues with email today that I'm aware of
