UPDATE 21:43 - This issue is now resolved.
UPDATE 22:21 - This issue has been reopened. An engineer has been dispatched to the data center to resolve.
UPDATE 23:06 - The issue was found to be a fault with the RAID controller card. The card has been replaced and the server is now coming back online.
