The .fm domain registry will be conducting routine maintenance on Sunday March 4th 2012 from 23:00 UTC until approximately 01:00 UTC

Existing .fm domain names will not be impacted.

Registrations of new .fm domains and updates to existing .fm domains will not be possible during this time.

Parallels have released information on a remote vulnerability in the Parallels Plesk Panel product, which affects all versions.

We recommend in the strongest possible terms - that all customers using Plesk, perform the update as soon as possible using the information given in the link below:

Pemlinweb38(81.17.254.250) and pemmysql07(81.17.254.18) are currently down. And engineer is on route to investigate.

UPDATE 10:45: Both these servers are fully back up and running. We're still looking into the actual cause of the downtime.

The legacy shared hosting server Priamus is currently unresponsive. An engineer is on the way to investigate.

UPDATE 23:50: This is back up and running.

We are migrating PEMLINWEB68 to new hardware tonight to address some issues we have seen with the server recently. The migration should take about 60 minutes to complete and will commence at 21:00 tonight the 22nd of February.

The shared hosting server pemwinweb01 is currently offline we have dispatched an engineer to investigate the issue.

We are currently experiencing issues with PEMVZMPS67 hardware node which hosts pemlinweb67 and pemlinweb68. We are investigating the issue and will update as soon as we have more detail.

mssql43int.cp.blacknight.com is currently seen some load issues, we are taking the server offline while we investigate the issue. We will update this post once the server is back online

The hardware that hosts two mysql servers has become unresponsive and required a reboot, the server is currently rebooting and we will update this status post once they are back online.

We are currently experiencing issues with our shared hosting webserver, pemlinweb04.blacknight.com (81.17.254.85). Our engineers are currently working to resolve this issue asap.

Pemvzmps67 has become non-responsive and requires a reboot.  The following nodes are affected:

Update @ 16:30 : pemvzmps67 has returned and the nodes are back up.

Our old dns server at ns.blacknightsolutions.com is currently experiencing issues and is unresponsive. We're attempting a reboot.

ns2.blacknightsolutions.com is up and running, however any changes made in dnsmgr won't be written out until ns.blacknightsolutions.com is back up and running.

Any domain manages from cp.blacknight.com is unaffected.

Update 16:30 - This server is unresponsive after a reboot, and we have dispatched an Engineer to have a look at it.

Update 19:30 - The server is fully back up and running.
