Our store and billing are currenly unavailable. We are investigating, and hope to have these back online as soon as possible.

 

Update: 13:50 - these services have now returned to normal.

Rivalin is currently unresponsive. We've got an engineer on site looking into it.

Summary: To debug a few instability issues that we've seen since last upgrade we've taken the CP offline at 22:30 and are running some tools that Parallels have advised us to run.

Summary: cp.blacknight.com is down at the moment. We're working on restoring it with our software vendor.

Update 17:02: The cp service is back now. Our software vendor is investigating.

I'm afraid we are currently experiencing technical difficulties on the newer hosting package control panel system.  That is the control panel at:

http://cp.blacknight.com

Our developers are working on this currently and we hope to have service restored fully as soon as possible.


14:20 - Service should be fully restored now, though our developers are still closely monitoring the service just in case.

As Christmas is next week here are our opening hours over the break:

Friday 24th December 2010 - 0900 - 1300
Saturday 25th / Sunday 26th December - closed.
Monday 27th / Tuesday 28th December 1200 - 1600
Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th, Friday 31st December - 0900 to 1800
Saturday 1st January 2011 and Sunday 2nd January 2011 - closed
Monday 3rd January 2011 1200 - 1600
Tuesday 4th January 2011 - normal office hours resume

In the last couple of hours Norton / Symantec have listed *.blacknight.com as malware or similar.

This is due to abuse of a holder account associated with a shared hosting account ie. a http://dXXXXXXX-1.cp.blacknight.com URL that you get access to when you signup for hosting

We are currently working to get this warning removed, but can assure you that there is NO issue with cp.blacknight.com

All of our Windows 2003 Shared Hosting Servers that are accessed under cp.blacknight.com will be rebooted at 23:00 tonight to apply a Microsoft Hotfix.

Dowtime will be no more than 10 minutes.

Summary: pemvzwin04 is having some issues at the moment and all of the containers hosted on it are currently inoperable.

ETA to Fix: Our onsite engineering team are currently assessing the situation and we'll post back here again shortly once we've got a better idea of the problem. Current ETA is approx 1 hour.

Update 16:33: This issue is now resolved.
