We are upgrading our OnApp software to a new version and will be performing the upgrade on Tuesday 15th May 2012 at 10:00.
We expect the following to be affected /offline for a period of 2 hours approximately (from 10:00 am)
Services affected : the cloud control panel , and cloudstore portal will be offline and customers will be unable to upgrade their subscriptions untl the update has completed.
We would request any users to defer upgrading/altering their subscription until after the upgrade.

We are scheduling a maintenance window to move part of the Cloudstore software to a new hardware node. We estimate this will take a 1.5 hours to move and complete testing.
Customers may be unable to purchase templates from the cloudstore during the duration of this outage. There will be no disruption to the operation of existing Vm's.
Update : 16:45 - All works have been completed
We'll be performing upgrades on the Cloud Store between Midday and 3PM. During this time the Cloud Store will be unavailable and the control panel may not be fully available.
