If you're on one of our new shared Linux hosting plans (minimus, medius or maximus) then you may be pleased to learn that we have upgraded php5 to include some extra modules.

This change means that we can now support Magento, which is proving to be a very popular option for ecommerce sites.

SugarCRM users will also be able to take advantage of IMAP and IMAPS functionality.

We are currently unable to process any requests related to IE domains as the IEDR's website and API is currently offline

Update: All services should now be available, however there maybe a backlog
Just a quick reminder

The planned downtime is taking place tonight, as previously announced
If you would like to see what's going on with the server your site is hosted on you now can.

We've setup a simple server / service status page which lists most of our shared hosting servers.

The various services are polled remotely from a server outside our core network once every 60 seconds.

Green - the service is working
Red - the service isn't working
Grey - the service isn't monitored (usually because it's either not available on that server or is not used eg. a mail server wouldn't have a mysql database or if it did you wouldn't be connecting to it)

If you have any feedback on the status page please do let us know!
If you're using Twitter then please follow our status. At the moment it will update with any posts from our technical blog.
